Costco had a special clothing event a couple of weeks ago (online), and I ordered this Sexy Modest baseball dress. I went to find the link today to point someone to it, and it’s gone! The event is over and the event is no longer available at Costco.com. Classic Costco: You snooze, you lose!

But about this dress … it has pockets and the bottom skirt portion is two layers of material so it’s not too revealing. Note, it does run small; I had to order up a size.

Here’s a great swim shirt by Hang Ten Surf that I got in-store at my local Costco. With it, my fair skin managed to avoid sunburn in Maui. It even has a little zipper pocket in back to hold your hotel room key, etc.

Here at home, I’ve been throwing it on for play dates at the pool and park so I don’t have to apply much sunscreen.

Do you have a go-to color in your closet? I feel like if you get color right, you’ve won half the battle.

I wish I felt as composed as I look in this photo. Last week was the first week of being home after school let out (because we were on vacation the week prior). My girls were quarreling all week and it made me question whether I’m cut out for this SAHM business.

So here’s hoping for a better week ahead. I’m channeling my inner calm with this cool blue Fever blouse.

And here’s to joggers that transcend athleisure. I used Jockey joggers to fake a jumpsuit, and with the right shoes, I think it works.
