The One Thing I Wish Costco Would Carry

July 20, 2019

The average Costco is 144,500 square feet -- a gigantic warehouse stacked to the ceiling with goods. But there is one category of item I rarely see.

Fashion jewelry.

Costume jewelry. Trending jewelry. Inexpensive jewelry. Baubles. Call them what you will, I’m looking for pieces that will elevate an outfit for under $20.

I’ve seen special event tables in my local Costco on occasion, and they’re a step in the right direction, but the pieces I’ve seen there have been $100+.

So, to the powers that be, hear my plea. Please bring your loyal customers (cheap!) fashion jewelry, even for the occasional holiday or online event.

Ammaright?

Yes, I Got It at Costco

June 19, 2019

“Where did you get that (shirt, dress, jacket, etc.)?”

“Costco.”

“Really?!?”

Yes, I really got it at Costco. So often, friends are surprised when they find out that my clothing comes from Costco. Many of them say that they shop the warehouse perimeter for groceries and paper products, and they don’t dive into the clothing section.

If this sounds like you, then you are missing out!

Costco has become one of my favorite places to shop for clothes. They have upped their style game in recent years. And as an added bonus, you can’t beat the convenience factor. As a mom, I don’t have as much time to devote to clothes shopping as I used to (sigh). If I can grab some great basics or a fun shirt at a good price, while I’m getting my groceries, it’s a win!

So next time you’re tempted to do a perimeter dash, take a stroll through the clothing section to see what treasures you can find!
